Music Theatre, Acting, Dance Classes
(Winter/Spring)
If your child loves to sing, dance and act, they will love this musical theatre performance class. Students in age appropriate group classes work on scenes, songs and dances as they are introduced to vocal, acting and dance skills. The students will select, rehearse and present a costumed musical to invited guests in the Conservatory Theatre at the end of the session. These unique programs were created and developed by Melody over 20 years of professional teaching. All Classes are 1 hour unless noted. Note this semester we again will have one Musical performance classes that is 90 minutes – The Sound of Music – on Saturday.

A delightful class for the very young in storytelling, acting, dancing and singing. Each week a different story is explored using costumes and props. Program created and taught by Melody. |

Theatre Dance – Jazz, Tap, Ballet Classes |

For Elementary, Middle School and High School students. Learn the core skills needed for theatre dance. Technique and dance vocabulary stressed. End of semester presentation for invited audience in Conservatory Theatre. All classes 60 or 75 minutes. Jazz/Tap taught by Broadway Dance Center Instructor & Musical Theatre Choreographer Doug Shankman Ballet fundemantals and movement taught by New England Academy of Dance instructors. |
