Musical Theatre Classes
Musical Theatre 2-4th Graders chose to present Mary Poppins
Come put on a Show! If your child loves to sing, dance and act, they will love our musical theatre performance class. Students are in age appropriate group classes work on scenes, songs and dances as they are introduced to vocal, acting and dance skills. The students will select, rehearse and present a costumed musical to invited guests in the Conservatory Theatre on the final day of each group class
Semester/Classes run week of January 5 – June 6
Semester End Performances for Musical Theatre/Acting/Dance group classes are scheduled during final class period.
No Classes: Mon Jan 19, Sat February 14 – Fri Feb 20, Fri April 3 – Fri April 10, Mon May 25

All musical theatre classes are unique programs created and developed by Melody based on 25 years of professional teaching. Classes are 1 hour unless noted.
Newly Added This Semester:
K-Pop Demon Hunters! Learn the Songs and dance styles from the movie! 1st – 4th Grades Sat. 10 – 11am. This class is designed to be a fun introduction to learning dance and song performance skills.

 A delightful class for the very young in storytelling, acting, dancing and singing. Each week a different story is explored using costumes and props. Program created and taught by Melody. Classes run 45 minutes and are once a week. |

“To be or not to be” a smart actor?Scene Study, Monologues, Improv, Theatre Games, and Auditioning are all part of the skills that create a basis for the art of acting. Come play and learn or refine the basic skills needed. Classes taught by highly experienced and supportive acting instructors. Presentation of skills learned to an invited audience at end of semester. |
